About the event
Parent carers are welcomed to join us in coming together in a safe space, sharing our experiences and learning from each other in a group who understand our journey. We aim to highhlight services specific to carers, strategies for supporting the overall wellbeing of ourselves and our families and just have a good laugh and lovely cup of tea!
